  1. Re: stress eating - the hardest of them all! I now drink water first before doing anything else to see if I can get through it. Before I joined WW, I was using Livestrong.com's MyPlate to keep track of food. They have LOADS of foods listed, including a lot of international brands that I can find here. Highly recommend. Have you tried Eating Well magazine? They also have some cookbooks. Very tasty, emphasis on fresh. I avoid processed as much as possible.

    when I am stressed I try to get outside and go for a walk instead of eating.
